Listing Policy
The rules that keep every listing on Dealers real, unique and up to date.
One property, one listing
The first verified dealer to list a property holds it. No duplicates.
Real and accurate
Correct location, size, price and status, updated as soon as anything changes.
Break the rules, lose the listing
Fake or misleading listings are removed, and repeat offenders lose their account.
Why this policy exists
Public portals are full of repeated ads, fake listings and bait prices. Dealers exists to be different: every listing should be a real property, listed once, by someone authorised to sell or rent it. This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions.
Who can post listings
- Verified members with an active, paid plan.
- You must be authorised to market the property, by the owner or by the dealer acting for the owner.
- Listings count toward your plan limit. The Basic plan includes 10 active listings.
One property, one listing
- Each property can appear on Dealers only once.
- The first verified dealer to list a property holds that listing. If you try to list a property that is already live, the app will not allow it, and you can contact the listing dealer instead.
- If you believe a property was listed by someone without authority, report it with proof of your mandate, such as an authority letter or the owner’s confirmation. We will review both sides and may transfer or remove the listing.
- Do not change a listing’s details to make the same property look like a different one.
What every listing must include
- The correct property type (plot, house, apartment or commercial), purpose (sale or rent), area or sector, and size.
- A genuine dealer price. Bait prices that you will not honour are not allowed.
- An honest description, with any known issues such as disputes, pending approvals or possession status disclosed.
- Prompt updates: mark a property as sold or rented, or remove it, within 48 hours of the deal or of the owner withdrawing it.
Photos and descriptions
- Use real photos of the actual property, which you have the right to use.
- Do not use stock images, photos of a different property, or images copied from other dealers or portals.
- Do not put phone numbers, links or watermarks advertising other services inside photos or descriptions.
Dealer price visibility
The dealer price you enter is visible only to other verified members. It must not be shared publicly by anyone who sees it. Our Terms explain the confidentiality rules.
Listings that are not allowed
- Fake or non-existent properties, or properties already sold or rented.
- Properties you are not authorised to market.
- Properties with known ownership disputes, legal cases or missing approvals that are not clearly disclosed.
- Plots in housing schemes that do not have the approvals they are required to have, unless this is clearly disclosed.
- Anything unlawful, offensive or unrelated to real estate.
Reporting a listing
If you see a listing that breaks these rules, email it to us with the listing details. We review reports and may contact the listing dealer for more information.
What happens when rules are broken
- A warning and a request to correct the listing.
- Removal of the listing. Removed listings still count as used until your plan renews.
- Suspension or permanent closure of the account for serious or repeated violations, without a refund.
