These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] (“Dealers”, “we”, “us”) for the Dealers app and the thedealers.app website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Listing Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Registered property dealers and estate agents, real estate companies, and property owners we have verified.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• Dealers is a closed network. End customers, buyers and tenants are not allowed to open accounts or use the Service.
• We currently operate in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

• You must give accurate information when you register, including your name, phone number, CNIC, company name and office address, and keep it up to date.
• We may approve, delay or refuse an account at our discretion, and may ask for more proof during verification.
• Each account belongs to one person or business. Do not share your login or OTP codes. On a Team plan, the account owner is responsible for the team members they add and remove.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.

• The Basic plan costs PKR 3,000 and includes 10 property listings and one dealer account. Other plans, including the Team plan, have the features and prices shown in the app at the time you choose them.
• To pay, the app gives you a bill ID, which you pay through your bank or wallet app. Your plan activates once we confirm the payment.
• Each bill has a due date. If a bill is not paid by its due date, your account is paused: your listings are hidden from other dealers and you will only see the payment screen until the bill is paid.
• We may change prices or plan features. Changes apply from your next billing period, and we will tell you in advance.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Each property can be listed only once. The first verified dealer to list a property holds that listing, and other dealers cannot post the same property.
• You may only list a property you are authorised to market, by the owner or by another dealer acting for the owner.
• Listings must be accurate and kept up to date, and must follow our Listing Policy.
• If two dealers claim the same property, we may ask both for proof of authority and decide who keeps the listing.
• We may edit, hide or remove any listing that breaks these Terms or the Listing Policy.

Dealer prices and listing details are shared only between verified members. You agree not to publish, forward or share dealer prices, listings or other dealers’ contact details with end customers or on public portals or social media, except as needed to work a specific deal with your own client. You must not copy, scrape or export data from the Service.

Dealers helps verified members find each other’s listings and get in touch. Every deal is negotiated and closed offline, directly between the parties. We are not a broker or agent, we are not a party to any deal, and we do not handle deal payments or commissions. Commission sharing, documentation and due diligence on title and ownership are the responsibility of the dealers involved.

• Post fake, misleading, duplicate or already sold or rented listings.
• Register with false details, impersonate another person or business, or create more than one account to get around limits.
• Give access to end customers or anyone who is not verified.
• Harass, threaten or defraud other members.
• Interfere with the Service, try to bypass the one-listing rule, or access it with bots or scrapers.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful.

We may warn you, remove content, or suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we suspect fraud, or if required by law. You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can ask us to close your account by contacting us.

The Dealers name, logo, app and website belong to us. You keep ownership of the listings and photos you post, but you give us permission to display, store and process them to run the Service. You confirm you have the right to post them.

We verify members and enforce our listing rules, but we do not inspect properties or confirm ownership, title, approvals or prices. Listings are provided by dealers, and you should do your own checks before relying on them. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any deal, dispute or loss between members, or for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or commissions. Our total responsibility to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the plan fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You agree to cover us for claims, losses and costs arising from your listings, your deals or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the competent courts at Islamabad or Rawalpindi.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of important changes in the app or by message. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
